How We Work
The first step is a discussion regarding your business goals and training objectives. Generally, we interview your key stakeholders 1-2-1 to fully assess training needs and current knowledge and experience level. At this stage we also set KPIs for training success.
Following this, we create a training proposal, detailing time frames, process and expected outcomes. Our proposal may include a combination of our services, depending on your objectives.
One of the most important elements of what we do is post-delivery assessment and feedback. It’s critical to measure the impact of training and ensure that expectations have been exceeded. Moreover, ongoing support may also be beneficial with specific employees, perhaps in the form of executive coaching.
