Currently, we deliver all executive coaching online. In 2022, we will recommence face-to-face sessions.
The process operates collaboratively with each client to ensure that requirements and objectives are crystal clear between both parties.
An initial 30-minute session is conducted between the coach and the client to assess chemistry and alignment.
Written follow-ups are provided after each coaching session.
