We specialise in working with Entrepreneurs, Solopreneurs, Business Start-Ups and Growth Businesses. In operation since 2013, and based in Sri Lanka, Fire Dragon Lanka was set up by Sarah Merron, after she moved to Asia.  Working in her previous UK company, Fire Dragon Coaching Ltd, she worked with Corporate clients for coaching and training across Europe, Middle East and Asia. 

Additionally, she has delivered ABNLP certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy® Practitioner and Master Practitioner training for the last 13 years.

Sarah Merron is a Corporate Leadership & Personal Development trainer with over 14 years’ experience.  She has worked with Corporate clients and individuals across Europe, Middle East and Asia within the Telecoms, Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas Sectors.

With a career spanning 23 years, Sarah has worked in the Corporate World in the UK and is a multiple Entrepreneur.

Current university students will be our business leaders in just 10 years time.  They grew up with an Ipad in their hand and most can code in their sleep.  They have hard skills, in abundance. 

What they don’t have are bridging skills. For example, many students find it hard to bridge the gap from theoretical study to experiential work.

Nearly every article written in the HR field in the last 4 years discussed the increasing need for soft skills.  It’s a reasonable assumption.  However, are we looking at soft skills to solve a 20th century problem, or as a way to create more stability in the 21st century?

What would happen if we started to teach uncertainty as an opportunity rather than a risk in schools?
